李子遲，原名肖飛，1974 年生於湖南祁東，1998 年畢業於中國人民大學中文系，曾為廣西民族大學中文系講師、廣西大學在職研究生，現居北京，是資深自由撰稿人、影視出版文化專案策劃人，還擔任多所大學兼職教授與導師，全國作家協會會員（曾經），發表及出版各類作品累計超 300 萬字，著作達 60 餘部，創作領域橫跨教育、文史、傳記、小說等多個維度。人大中文系的專業背景，搭配高校教學經歷，讓他對教育與校園生態有著深刻洞察，這也成為其早期創作的核心母題，陸續推出《大學校園裏的 “第四只眼”》《大學該怎麼讀》等教育類著作，聚焦大學生成長、大學教育反思等議題。作品多貼近大眾需求，無論是升學指導、歷史普及還是人物傳記，均兼顧知識性與可讀性，降低讀者的閱讀門檻。
